A professional usher is not there to replace your replace your groomsmen, ushers or best man, rather to allow them to enjoy the celebrations as well.

 


What’s the role of a day-of coordinator?

Hiring a professional usher or best man isn’t for everyone – that’s why I also offer a day-of coordinator package. It’s less expensive than hiring a wedding planner and packages can be tailored to your needs.

I’ll be there for you throughout your pre-wedding adventure, helping to plan your wedding including managing the to-do list; day-of itinerary and timetable; and budgets.

 


If I hire you does that mean you have to stand up at the altar with me?

Nope. It’s your wedding and it’s up to you whether you want me at the altar with you or as your Virtual Usher assistant. I’m there to facilitate not take over. There are five different levels of support and packages can be customised. We are happy to help in whatever way you need on the day of your wedding whether this is as an Undercover Usher, Day-of Coordinator or in some other way.

 


What’s the difference between you and a wedding planner?

As a professional usher or day-of coordinator, my role is not to plan every element of your wedding. Instead I am there to assist as and when you need it. Consequently it’s less expensive than hiring a wedding planner and packages can be tailored to your needs.

If I’m there on the big day my number one goal is to make sure the bride, groom and the wedding party are stress free – and that if problems arise, they are resolved quickly, giving you peace of mind.

 


Do you help out first-time ushers and best men?

Of course. Being an usher or best man for the first time can be a daunting task. We’re here to help whether you need help with speech writing or need a crash course in how to be the best man. Our packages are generally tailored towards the bride and groom but we also have packages available starting from £99 if you need a crash course in speech delivery.

 


How much does hiring a professional usher or day-of coordinator cost?

I offer five different levels of support and packages can be customised depending on the budget, location and what you are looking to accomplish. Whether you need a Virtual Usher to provide assistance from a distance; or Day-of Coordination or Undercover Usher to provide support before and during the celebrations, we can assist. Our services range from £100 to over £1,000. We have a package – and a price – for every couple in need.
